Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Loyola University Chicago and earned her Master’s in Strategic Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Passionate about creating meaningful change through strategic collaboration, she is dedicated to Paragon’s mission of fostering innovation and economic development.

Outside her professional role, Renee actively participates in community service and serves as a mentor to emerging professionals in the fields of partnership management and social entrepreneurship.

Renee is a seasoned Strategic Consultant, bringing over 10 years of expertise in relationship management, symbiotic alliances, and business development. With a proven track record of cultivating successful partnerships across nonprofit, corporate, and academic sectors, Renee specializes in aligning collaborative opportunities with organizational growth and impact objectives.

Prior to joining Paragon, Renee held key positions at several respected organizations, including Atlas Studios, BridgeNova Strategies, AltaVista Alliance Group, and Caterio International, where she spearheaded initiatives leading to significant increases in funding and community engagement. Her ability to identify synergies and forge lasting partnerships has consistently resulted in enhanced resource mobilization, expanded program outreach, and strengthened stakeholder relationships.
